Leosics Ltd respects your privacy and is committed to protecting and maintaining the security of any personal information received from you. We adhere to the requirements of data protection legislation in the UK, and  GDPR.

The purpose of this statement is to explain to you what personal information we collect and how we may use it.

When you place an order with Leosics, we need to know your name, address, e-mail address and credit/debit card details. This allows us to process and fulfil your order. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties. You have the option to withhold personal information that is not required for the order process.  The information sent is SSL encrypted using a Thawte security certificate.

We will use your contact details to communicate with you, to send you notification about the status of your purchase, help answer your queries and to maintain our business relationship.

With your consent we may occasionally send you updates of our products and services..

We do not collect sensitive information about you except when you specifically knowingly provide it. To maintain the accuracy of our database, you can check, update or remove your personal details by logging into your account or by e-mailing info@leosics.co.uk.

We do not sell, rent or exchange your personal information with any third party for commercial reasons, beyond the essential requirement of exchanging information for credit/debit card validation during purchase, and ito a delivery  company so that your goods may be passed on to  you.

We use a technology called "cookies" as part of normal business procedure to provide you with the best website experience we can. We do not use cookies to collect any personally identifiable or sensitive information (without your express permission), or pass the data to advertising networks or third parties.

To prevent unauthorised access to the information you have provided us with, we follow security procedures for storage and disclosure of the information.

To process credit/debit card transactions, the bank or card processing agency may require to verify your personal details for authorisation outside of  the EEA (European Economic Area). Your information will not be transferred outside the EEA for any other purpose.

We do take credit/debit card  details by phone or email,  and request that you do not  send such details by email.

You can request to view the information that we have about you, you can request to change or delete any personal information previously provided. If we are able to make the changes that you have requested then we will certainly do so, however there are times when we have to maintain records for legal reasons  such as records  for HMRC. 

From time to time the need  to  retain personal data will be reviewed  and if no longer required for lawful purposes or  to provide  you  with  our service, will be deleted to provide you with, will  be  deleted.

Your rights under the GDPR include:
