Returns and Refunds

Change of Mind

If you decide that your purchase is not suitable, or have purchased the wrong item, returns will be accepted if: 

• The item is returned within 14 days of delivery
• The item is returned in the same condition that it was shipped including return of all packaging materials (packaging may be opened to inspect the item) 
• Buyer to pay return postage cost 

The refund will be processed within 5 working days of receipt of the returned item.

Service parts such as watch movements, coils, and circuits are supplied brand new from the relevant factory, and are non-returnable. 

Item Not as Described, Damaged, or Defective

 If the item you received is not as described, damaged, or defective, returns will be accepted if:

• The item is returned within 30 days of purchase
• The item is returned in the same condition that it was shipped including return of all packaging materials (packaging may be opened to inspect the item) 
• Return postage will be refunded. 

The refund will be processed within 5 working days of receipt of the returned item.

Returns wont be accepted if the item has been damaged by the buyer attempting a repair, or by the the buyer getting someone else to attempt a repair.

Service parts such as watch movements, coils, and circuits are supplied brand new from the relevant factory, and are non-returnable.

Payment

All payments are made in GBP (£). Payments in currencies other than GBP use the exchange rate set at the time of purchase by your debit/credit card issuer, or Paypal.  Selecting a currency other than GBP (£) from the Location bar, will give an approximate price for information. Hovering your mouse over the GBP (£) prices will give an approximate conversion to Euros for information.
